Well-Made Website Design Factors
If you don’t yet have a website, our first objective will be to develop a business website that: has a professional appearance; is easy for visitors to navigate; contains a wide array of functionality; and, is very search engine friendly. To fulfill this, we will:
- Use a search engine friendly framework on which to build your website.
- Design a custom header graphic for your website, with your logo prominently displayed.
- Set up the following search engine optimized pages on your website using content you provide:
- Home page
- Contact Us page
- About Us page
- Three additional pages of your choosing (some suggestions are “FAQs,” “Products” and “Testimonials”)
- (Optional – no extra charge) Add a “News” section to your website. This will be done in the form of an integrated blog (to make it as search engine friendly as possible) where relevant news items can be published on a regular basis.
- Create a “Free Incentive” page that includes a form for potential clients to fill out (meeting your specifications). The completed form will be received by one (or more) employees at your firm via email (per your specifications).
- Customize the footer of your website with your company’s name and a copyright notice.
- Add “Privacy Policy” and “Website Terms of Use” legal forms to your website.
- Set up a navigation menu on your website, with links to all pages as well as the ” News” blog section of your website.
- (Optional) Include one graphic on each web page. You can either provide us with high resolution images, or we can source royalty-free digital images.
- (Optional) Add one embedded video on any page of your website (video creation is not included in this package).
- (Optional) Install “Google Analytics” code on your website… so you can track your traffic!
If you already have a website we will work with you to optimize that it for both search engines robots and human visitors. Our team will adjust your site (or advise your webmaster, if you prefer) to ensure your site contains all the above-listed elements.
NOTE: We will provide a draft version of the website design and each web page, for your approval. Once approved, further revisions will be made under the “Website Hosting and Management” section of this package.
